Employee Benefits Institute, Nigeria was incorporated as a nonprofit in 2011 in Nigeria. The institute has assisted many federal employees throughout the country. E.B.I.N provides benefit and retirement education to both public and private employees, and has trained over 500 employees, making it possible for over 200 individuals to obtain personal consultation, assisting them in specific benefit planning to maximize their assets.

E.B.I.N’s training team of seasoned professionals includes experienced benefits and compensation managers, life assurance, medical doctors, nutritionist, business finance, information technologies, agriculturists, and etc.

Assisting these number employees, we discovered that many find the pension retirement system can be extremely difficult to navigate. At retirement, employees are required to make many decisions that will have permanent consequences on their futures. The trainers and staff at E.B.I.N have in-depth knowledge of the pension system and have assisted many employees through this confusing, though exciting, and transition.
